Lillie "Gracie" Elliott
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
"I help adult men and women struggling with anxiety, stress, depression, adhd, ocd, ptsd, and mood disorders reclaim their confidence, purpose, and joy by offering an integrative psychiatric treatment approach to wellness"
Hi There!
I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 6+ years in
nursing. I graduated nursing school in 2019 and began my career as an RN in the
Emergency Department. During my time in the ED, I fell in love with quickly diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions, such as managing acute traumas and providing immediate care to those in need. I moved back to the Tri-Cities in 2020 and began working as an Intensive Care nurse at Johnson City Medical Center.Working as an ICU nurse was one of the most rewarding yet demanding roles thus far. I was able to take what I knew about quick diagnose and combine this with the ability to care for high acuity patients for extended periods of time.
Through personal experience, I have been impacted by the lack of patient centered care provided in our rural healthcare system today. I made the decision to go back to school to obtain my master’s degree in psychiatry with the goal of providing holistic mental health care to every patient I encounter. My goal is to create a positive culture rooted in love and respect through open communication. I take the time to listen and build lasting relationship with each of my patients.
